• The leadership team of GOONMA Project (under GM LABS Co., Ltd., abbreviated as GM)

I truly admire and have complete trust in Mr. Ho Trung Dinh, GM LABS Co., Ltd., and the GOONMA Project (referred to as GM). I willingly participate in GM as an investor to contribute towards the development, expansion, and resounding success of GOONMA (GM).

I choose to participate in GM because I firmly believe that GM will bring significant value not only to myself and my family but also to the community and society. By investing in GM, I contribute to the peace, stability, and prosperity of our country and play a part in putting Vietnam on the world map in the field of technology.

As an investor participating in the funding stage of GM's development and testing, I understand that GM Labs will acknowledge my investment and will supplement the necessary legal provisions to convert it into a joint-stock company successfully. I have understood and willingly commit to investing my financial resources, time, and effort into GM's activities with the following commitments:

• I commit to investing an amount that is reasonable and within my personal and family's financial capacity, ensuring that it will not negatively affect my life or the well-being of my loved ones under any circumstances, for any reason.
• I understand that it is possible to borrow through legal means for investment purposes. I commit to not engaging in any form of borrowing that violates the law or adversely affects my personal circumstances (such as engaging in illegal lending or borrowing at exorbitant interest rates) or the individuals who lend to me (such as making false promises, enticing, or coercing lenders based on future profits).
• I affirm that I will take full personal responsibility for my investments, as well as the legality of the investment. Mr. Ho Trung Dinh, GM LABS, or GM is in no way involved, unaware, and has no connection whatsoever to how I acquire or raise investment funds for my GM.
• I affirm that I will take full personal responsibility for my investment and its legality. Mr. Ho Trung Dinh, GM LABS, or GM, in any form, will not interfere, be aware of, or be involved in any way in how I obtain or mobilize my investment in GM.
• Participating in the investment implies that I understand and agree that, as this is an investment for the development of the GM project, all of my investments will not be refunded under any circumstances, in any form.
• I have thoroughly researched and fully acknowledged that this investment carries significant financial risks. If things do not go as expected, it may result in me not receiving any returns from my investment.
• I understand the risks involved comprehensively, yet I still willingly and proactively choose to invest in GM.
• As this is entirely voluntary and self-initiated, I confirm that I have understood and willingly accepted all risks involved. Neither I nor any parties involved will seek compensation, file lawsuits, or cause harm to the reputation or dignity of Mr. Ho Trung Dinh, the leadership team of GM LABS, the leadership team of GOONMA (GM), or any other affiliated organization/individual in any form, under any circumstances.

I understand that GM is purely an economic project, and the GM community is entirely non-political. I would like to add the following commitments:

• I commit absolutely not to engage in discussions, debates, or dissemination of political information that opposes the Party, the State, not only within the GM community but also on other public social media platforms such as Facebook, Zalo, and in daily life.
• I commit absolutely not to participate in any groups and not to have any contact or interaction with individuals, groups, or organizations that are currently or have been involved in activities opposing the Party and the State of Vietnam, under any circumstances, for any reason.

With the desire to invest as much as possible for the development and success of GM specifically and GM LABS in general, I also have the following additional commitments:

• I commit absolutely not to engage in any forms of fraud or activities with signs of fraud (such as Ponzi schemes, multi-level marketing), and I will not entice or deceive GM members or the GM LABS community to participate in such activities, for any reason whatsoever.
• I commit to actively participating in both online and offline activities, investing in knowledge, skills, effort, and financial resources to the best of my abilities, and dedicating myself fully to the development of GM.
• I commit absolutely to adhere to and follow the guidelines, principles, regulations, and internal rules of GM.
• I commit to proactively seek and stay updated on the guidelines, principles, regulations, and internal rules communicated within the GM community to ensure compliance.
• I commit absolutely to trust and fully support the leadership and decisions of Mr. Ho Trung Dinh, the GM LABS management team, and the GOONMA (GM) leadership in all circumstances.

Once again, I affirm that if I violate any of the aforementioned commitments, I agree to immediately lose the status as an investor contributing capital to GM Labs and forfeit all rights (if any) to economic, financial, educational, networking, or any other opportunities that GM offers to its investors.

I also understand, agree, and fully support that in all cases, the decisions made by Mr. Ho Trung Dinh, the GM LABS management team, and the GOONMA (GM) leadership are final decisions.
